Authors Guidelines
- Submission: Authors must submit manuscripts using: https://tinyurl.com/AMESEOM
- Format: Manuscripts must follow the IEEE Conference format and be 4–6 pages in length (including figures, tables and references). Use the official IEEE templates: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
- Title, authors & affiliations: Provide complete author names, affiliations, city/country, and corresponding author email. Ensure author order and spelling are final before submission.
- Abstract & keywords: Include a clear abstract summarizing objective, method, results, and conclusion, followed by 3–5 keywords.
- Structure: Use standard IEEE sectioning (e.g., Introduction, Methodology, Results/Discussion, Conclusion). Clearly state contributions and novelty.
- Figures & tables: Use high-resolution figures, readable labels, and proper captions. Number and cite all figures/tables in the text. Avoid low-contrast graphics.
- Equations & units: Type equations clearly, number when referenced, and use SI units. Define symbols on first use.
- References: Follow IEEE citation style. Ensure references are complete and properly numbered in the order they appear. Cite recent and relevant literature where applicable.
- Originality & ethics: Submissions must be original and not under review elsewhere. Papers violating plagiarism policy (including AI-generated plagiarism) may be desk-rejected without review.
- Review process: Manuscripts will undergo peer review. Authors may be asked to revise based on reviewers’ comments. Acceptance is subject to technical quality and scope fit.
- Camera-ready: After acceptance, submit the camera-ready paper incorporating required revisions by the deadline. Ensure formatting compliance and final proofreading before upload.
- Authorship & integrity: List only genuine contributors as authors. Any form of ghost/gift authorship, falsified data, manipulated figures, or misrepresentation of results may lead to rejection and further action.
- Duplicate submission & citation ethics: Manuscripts/Abstracts must not be submitted to multiple venues at the same time and must not reuse substantial content from prior publications without proper citation. All sources (including datasets, code, and third-party material) must be appropriately credited.

Publication & Indexing
Initially, authors are required to submit abstracts of their research work. All submitted abstracts will undergo a preliminary review process to assess their relevance, originality, and alignment with the conference themes. Accepted abstracts will be published in the official ISBN-numbered Book of Abstracts / Conference Proceedings.
Authors whose abstracts are aligned with the scope of the Journal of Polymer and Composites may be invited to submit full-length papers for further consideration after the journal shares its official manuscript template and submission guidelines.

Full-length papers submitted for journal consideration will undergo a separate rigorous peer-review, revision, and editorial evaluation process as per the journal’s publication policy. All papers meeting the required scientific quality, originality, and scope criteria will be considered for publication in journal.
All Abstracts will published in the official ISBN-numbered Book of Abstracts / Conference Proceedings.
