National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF)

The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), introduced by the Ministry of Education, Government of India (formerly the Ministry of Human Resource Development), provides a methodology for ranking higher education institutions across the country. The framework evaluates institutions based on key parameters, including Teaching, Learning and Resources; Research and Professional Practices; Graduation Outcomes; Outreach and Inclusivity; and Perception.
