Vision

To emerge as a leading center of innovation and entrepreneurship that empowers students and faculty to think creatively, act boldly, and deliver impactful solutions to real-world challenges. We envision a future where every stakeholder of RERFGI actively contributes to a dynamic ecosystem of ideas, startups, and technologies that drive societal progress and sustainable development.

Mission

To cultivate an entrepreneurial culture across the institution by integrating innovation into academics, research, and extracurricular activities.

To provide students and faculty with opportunities for ideation, prototyping, patenting, and startup creation through structured support systems.

To strengthen collaborations with industry, academia, and government bodies for mentorship, funding, and technology transfer.

To encourage intellectual property generation, technology commercialization, and the establishment of startups that contribute to the regional and national innovation landscape.

To inspire students to participate in national and global innovation challenges, building skills and confidence to compete at the highest level.

Goal

To establish a vibrant and sustainable innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem within RERFGI by fostering creativity, enabling startup incubation, and promoting interdisciplinary collaboration among students and faculty—ultimately leading to the development of scalable solutions, increased intellectual property output, and successful participation in national and international innovation platforms.

Objective

Promote Innovation Culture:
Foster a mindset of innovation and creativity among students and faculty through workshops, seminars, hackathons, and idea-generation events.
Support Startup Ecosystem:
Facilitate the creation and growth of student- and faculty-led startups by providing mentorship, incubation support, and access to funding opportunities.
Integrate Innovation in Academics:
Embed innovation and entrepreneurship into the curriculum and research activities across all departments.
Encourage IP Creation and Commercialization:
Guide and support the process of patent filing, IP management, and commercialization of technologies developed within the institution.
Strengthen External Linkages:
Build strong partnerships with industry, academia, and government bodies to enable knowledge exchange, technology transfer, and resource mobilization.
Enhance Global Competitiveness:
Prepare students to participate confidently in national and international innovation competitions and challenges.
Monitor and Evaluate Innovation Activities:
Regularly assess the performance of innovation and entrepreneurial initiatives to ensure alignment with institutional goals and continuous improvement.
