Mr. Bipul Dhali joined Regent Education & Research Foundation Group of Institutions (RERFGI) as an Assistant Professor in July 2023. He holds an M.Tech. and B.E., both from Jadavpur University. His postgraduate research focused on brain tumour segmentation in noisy three-dimensional magnetic resonance images using fuzzy clustering techniques.His technical expertise includes C, C++, Java, Python, database management systems, data structures and software engineering. He has participated in faculty development and technical training programmes covering artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning and data science.The Department of Computer Science & Engineering combines strong theoretical foundations with practical learning and industry-oriented skill development. Supported by dedicated faculty members and well-equipped laboratories, it promotes academic excellence, research, innovation and creative problem-solving.
