Manisha Chowdhury, M. Sc.

I am a faculty member in Physics, committed to academic excellence and student-centred learning. My teaching focuses on building a strong understanding of fundamental concepts, developing analytical and problem-solving skills, and showing how physics applies to everyday phenomena.

My academic interests include Atmospheric Science, with particular emphasis on monsoon dynamics, tropical cyclones, climate variability, and climate change. I am also engaged in scientific data analysis and research, and I continue to build my expertise through ongoing learning.

I believe that curiosity drives understanding, and I aim to foster an engaging and inclusive classroom where students are encouraged to question, explore, and think critically.
